Job Description
Your Strengths:
• Engage as a strategic business partner with the hiring and human resource managers to align Company values, strategies, and tactics to identify and secure top talent in order to exceed their Company goals.
• Perform all aspects of recruiting and sourcing including: strategy discussions with hiring managers; sourcing from a variety of channels including internet and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates and then executing a high volume of interviewing.
• There may be times when you will do high-volume recruiting as the business needs dictate.
Qualifications
5 years of recruiting or a combination of corporate and agency staffing experience or 2 years of other Human Resources professional experience that has included recruiting.
• Prior success in high volume recruiting
• Experience recruiting General Labour workforce in a Food Manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management skills and both oral and written
communication stills
• Strong ability to follow processes and procedures
If you have the ability to multi-task, have had experience in a high-volume hire that you have managed yourself, are a self-starter and goal oriented, we want to hear from you!
This is a temporary position with the potential to turn into a full time position. The annual salary for this position is $55,000.
