Founded in 2006, Kognitive Marketing is looking to employ confident and positive minded individuals eager to begin a career in sales and marketing. We are currently looking for Promotional Sales Representatives to join our growing and well established company.
Key Responsibilities:
•Engage consumers in order to promote the features and benefits of our client's financial service products.
• Showcase the benefits of the daily rewards programs that come with being a valued member.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Complete reports which will be submitted to the program manager.
• Flexible scheduling.
Skills and Experience:
•Positive, outgoing, ambitious, energetic and career oriented.
•Ability to influence new customers and walk-ins.
•Possess excellent communication skills.
•Excel in a fast paced environment.
•Sales, Retail, Call Centre and Customer Service or Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Vehicle is an asset.
Compensation
•Competitive Salary of $11- $18.00 (base wage or uncapped commission whichever is highest).
Average earners ($15.00).
•Based on 24+ hours per week.
