Report Writer Information Systems
Job Purpose
- Creates and maintains internal/external user reports per documented specifications.
- Achieves service level commitments for CommITTS tickets, as measured by the monthly service level repor
- Liaising with the user to identify and confirm report specifications.
- Answering users’ questions about report generation functionality or data
- Generating SQL scripts as requested
- Generating reports using Crystal, SQL scripting and LVM.
- Acting as a technical resource for the group on Crystal reports, Oasis, SQL scripting and LVM.
- Ensuring coding standards are maintained.
- Advising user when test report is available for review.
- Performing ad hoc reporting to answer inquiries.
- Education and Experience
- University Degree in Computer Science or College Diploma in Computer Science with 1 year relevant work experience
- Microsoft SQL Certification
- Microsoft SQL Experience
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in Crystal report writing
