Our teams design and build a variety of engineered products including propane motor fuel tanks, industrial pressure vessels, and propane vending kiosks as well as offer specialized engineering services to the propane industry. We are recruiting a highly motivated, practical, and detail-oriented engineering team member to grow with us at SLEEGERS. In this newly created role, the successful candidate will grow to provide design and engineering support to our product engineering team.

We are recruiting a highly motivated, practical, and detail-oriented engineering team member to grow with us at SLEEGERS. In this newly created role, the successful candidate will grow to provide design and engineering support to our product engineering team.
We are looking for a driven and technically competent team member who:
- Recently graduated with either a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or similar
- Is competent in 3D modelling with SolidWorks
- Has a strong practical design-for-manufacturability mindset
- Enjoys working in a regulated industry with a variety of codes and standards
- Is working towards their C.Tech, CET, or P.Eng (EIT) designation
- Creating and modifying drawings, 3D models, and bills of materials
- Assisting with engineering calculations and FEA simulations.
- Preparing comprehensive engineering reports
- Supporting non-conformance handling and purchase order reviews
- Aiding in the development and continuous improvement of our engineered products
