Express is looking for a confidential General Manager for a local busy dealership in London area. In this role; you’ll be accountable for the overall operations of the dealership including, but not limited to, achievement of established volume/ profit targets, cost efficiency, customer and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities (Not limited to:)

  • Responsible for hiring; training of all management positions
  • Analyze sales, financial reports, identify risks/opportunities and implement measures
  • Develop an annual business plan, constantly monitor the dealership’s performance
  • Create a good relationship with lending institutions and manufacturers
  • Act as a mentor to the management team

Requirements:

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in an automotive management role
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business administration; Provincial Sales license
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
  • Ability to understand PL statements, as well as balance sheets
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motive a team and drive results
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
