Job Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC lathes, 2 to 4 axis machines, vertical and horizontal machining centre.
- Ability to read blue prints and use precision measuring instruments such as verniers, micrometers, etc to inspect parts to meet tolerances and product specifications
- Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs, work around coolants, oils and paint chemicals present in the work place
- Experience working in a machine shop environment
- Operation of CNC Lathes, Machining Centre’s
- Ability to read measuring tools and blue prints for manufactured parts
- Ability to work full rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Must provide a Criminal Name Check once hired
