Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for a Mig Welder for one of our local clients.
This position will be straight days 7:30 am – 4 pm, must be flexible to work overtime as required. Wage depending on Experience
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to manually MIG weld assembly components
• Ability to read blue prints
• Must pass an on-site weld test to be accepted for the position
• Willingness to work overtime if required
• Reliable transportation a must
• Ability to check the quality of work
• Maintain customer quality requirements and specifications, while continually improving process
• Maintain and encourage a safe working environment
• Inspect and clean the welding fixtures for weld spatter buildup and for loose or damaged weld fixture components
• Must follow inspection plans, routings, setup sheets, work orders
• Work as a team member in all situations
• Maintain and encourage a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years’ experience
• Completion of Grade 12 is an asset
