Job Description

On behalf of our client in London, ON, we are recruiting for a full time Office Clerk on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and be comfortable providing administrative support to others.

Duties will include running mail, setting up couriers, preparing packages for couriers, data entry, filing and various other administrative duties as required.  

Key Qualifications:
  • College Diploma preferred, preferably in Office Administration, Business or Law
  • One year of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to different requests
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
 
Compensation: $13.00 per hour
 
Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30AM-4:30PM
