Our client, manufacturer and distributor for locomotive parts, is looking for a Receptionist to join its St. Thomas, ON team. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally as you manage a small office, provide vital administrative support to management and assist clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide office and administrative support for the office
  • Manage incoming calls, directing messages and responding to inquiries as appropriate
  • Basic AP/AR duties
  • Data entry of parts into database
  • Organization of files
  • Additional duties as required
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail
  • Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional phone demeanour
 
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND INFORMATION:
  • Criminal background check is required
  • Accounting experience is an asset
  • Willing to grow with company
  • Reliable transportation is required
