Job Description
On behalf of our client, Lucas Professional Search Group is recruiting for an Account Manager in London, ON. Successful candidates will have expert problem solving skills and the ability to meet aggressive project timelines. The Account Manager will act as a client advocate, providing guidance and direction to management and internal project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction to management and internal project teams on client related issues and concerns
- Act as the primary client contact for assigned accounts
- Act as the facilitator of technology-based solutions for clients
- Support new business initiatives with new and existing clients
- Act as the lead contact for all new business opportunities
- Ensure commitments are fulfilled and client satisfaction is reached
- Develop and nurture positive client relationships based on a thorough understanding of a client’s strategic business needs
- Consult with senior-level clients and internal teams to formulate technology-based strategic solutions
- Guide senior-level clients and internal teams through the strategic process of discovering needs and create effective solutions
- Participate and provide leadership throughout the entire lifecycle of a project ensuring all client expectations are met and/or managed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to nurture and maintain strong client relationships
- University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are encouraged
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical sales, business development role
- General knowledge of multimedia/interactive technologies and environments
- Superior account management skills
- Superior situational analysis, judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure, heavy workloads, tight deadlines and high expectations
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
