Job Description
We have 2 potential positions opening up for full-time positions within our Office Services Department.
One successful candidate will be required to provide Hostess coverage and back-up in the areas of Reception and Mailroom.
In this position the employee will be required to complete some or all of the following tasks:
Hostess duties, including:
- servicing and upkeep of the lunchrooms, serveries and boardrooms;
- placing and handling catering and food orders;
- placing orders for supplies;
-answering a multi-line telephone console & transferring calls;
-accepting couriers;
-booking boardrooms;
-effectively communicating with lawyers, staff and clients;
The ideal candidate for this role will possess superior verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and written communication skills, excellent client service skills, be a team player, self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task and be energetic and flexible.
We also have an opening for a full-time Office Services Clerk to provide coverage in our Mailroom and Courier areas.
In this position the employee will be required to complete some or all of the following tasks:
- collect, sort and deliver internal and external mail;
- process outgoing registered mail;
- deliver and pick up various materials from inter-city locations such as banks and law firms;
- reproduction of legal documents (photocopy) and binding;
- service of legal documents;
- scanning documents;
The successful candidate will possess a valid full G drivers licence, be a self-starter and demonstrate an exceptional ability to work independently as well as part of a team, will possess excellent skills in the areas of verbal and written communications, organization and time management, problem solving and decision-making, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment
