Job Description
Renaissance Personnel is currently hiring for an Employment Recruiter for our London Office. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated and results-oriented with the ability to multi task while supporting both temporary and permanent hires for our manufacturing clients.
As is often the case a team develops as a reflection of the leadership. Similar to the Company President, the team at Renaissance Personnel has a diverse blend of education and experiences. This is not by accident but rather by design. Experience has taught us that the most successful recruiters are those who have varied backgrounds in companies similar to the organizations we serve. This provides the obvious advantage of understanding customer needs from direct, firsthand experience.
Title: Employment Recruiter
Terms of Employment: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm,
Job Duties:
~Daily communication with both candidates and clients
~Ensuring Job Postings are up to date and accurate
~Conducting Orientations and Training Sessions as set out by our clients.
~Completing Interviews and Reference Checks
~Efficiently and effectively fill open positions as requested
~Prepare and maintain employee files and records
~Prepare and provide offer of employment both verbal and written to successful candidates
~Maintain employee schedules
~Attend Job Fairs and onsite Client Visits as needed
~Be available on call as required
~Assist as needed with resume review and entry, interview bookings and data entry
Required experience:
Previous recruitment background an asset
1-2 years Office Experience
Must be detailed oriented
Strong customer service skills
Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
