In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Zelus is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager - Projects to join their Stoney Creek, Ontario team!

The Operations Manager – Projects will oversee all design and manufacturing operations; defining, developing, and implementing efficient organizational structures including strategies and programs. This strategic, hands-on leader will successfully drive collaboration and results by engaging, mentoring, and supporting custom electrical and mechanical engineering teams with a span of 40 people in two locations in Ontario. The broad scope of this position’s leadership will also include project management/estimating, creating and managing budgets, evaluating performance and productivity, analyzing financial data, and generating reports/presentations.

To qualify for this dynamic opportunity, the successful candidate will have experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team within an engineering and/or manufacturing environment. Understanding the dynamics of the heavy equipment industry, or custom design and manufacturing will be considered an asset.
