Position Details:
As one of our valued Customer Relationship Professionals, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and service.
• Position requires employee to contact consumer customers to provide information about their new credit card
• Rate of pay – $12/hr plus bonus, $13.50/hr plus bonus if you speak French. You will have the opportunity to earn hundreds of dollars in bonus!
• Monday Through Saturday position, We also have after school hours (5pm - 9pm)!
• A comprehensive training program that will prepare you for this campaign
• Starting Mid-September for 6-7 weeks
Position Qualifications:
• Desire and Personality to assist American Express customers in explaining the benefits of their new card
• Competitive nature, driven by opportunity to earn bonuses on top of an hourly wage
• An ability to work between 9am – 9pm Monday through Friday (shifts will be 9-5 or 1-9), 10am - 6pm Saturdays (Part Time 5pm - 10pm Monday - Friday, Saturdays 10am - 6pm availability)
• Ability to read, write and communicate in fluent English (French an asset)
• Criminal background check required
• Sales Experience is an asset
• Professional and courteous telephone etiquette
• Calm under pressure and confident in your abilities
