Job Description

Position: Commercial Sales Director - Private Label/Consumer Goods Division

Key Responsibilities:
General:
-
to report to the CEO about divisional private label customer sales strategies
Business Strategies:
- Participate in the definition of the strategic direction and approach of key geographical areas
- Lead the implementation of long and short term plans according to the defined strategic direction
- Analyze and focus on high level business development in order to achieve expansion of new market segments, products and customers
- Assess the core client risks and ensure that they are addressed, solved and controlled as per Natra Corporate

Business Control and Staff:

- Establish a sales budget and present it to the Executive Committee, locally and abroad
- Fulfill sales annual plan objectives and adhere to budgetary constraints
- Verify and control analytics (profitability,  margins, volumes, etc.) provided to control and directing marketing departments
- Support and oversee sales team functions relating to HR, Coaching and Development/Performance Issues

Sales, Marketing and Communications:

- Participate in the sales strategic direction, setting of sales objectives, and supporting to obtain strong sales increases
- Participate in the marketing strategies for various private label branding as per customer specifications
- Organize and support the search fo new key clients, partnerships, and sales opportunities in all geographic areas of Natra Chocolate America
- Support various communication functions, and represent each marketing channel in terms of both internal and external based activities of the consumer goods division

Research and Development - Production Innovation and Design:
- Partner closely with R&D department from concept to commercialization and support all product launch functions:

Candidate Profile:
- University graduate - MBA graduate in business/marketing or finance preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Sales Management experience in the area of Consumer Goods within the food manufacturing industry only, with a business scope/sales volume of between $35 - 60 million dollars
- Proven international experience in the USA, Canada, South America
- Strong English and French language skills, both spoken and written is a requirement, Spanish is an asset
- Knowledge of American retail customers, in convenience stores, big box stores and exporting experience within B2B large scope projects
