Position Requirements:

• Fundamental problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge in various software, ability to type to 60-70WPM
• High attention to detail, process & accuracy; impeccable proofreading, grammar skills
• Ability to be punctual and flexible

Responsibilities:

• Working with the Owner and Property Manager in strategic coordination and execution of tasks
• Answering and directing client communication; handling questions/concerns/obtain information
• Maintaining good working relations with prospective tenants, tenants and suppliers

• Preparing & verifying rental documentation and rental agreements using appropriate software
• Conducting all online advertising for available apartments and units 
• Scheduling and showing rental properties
• Providing frequent updates and feedback
