0Our client, Armo Tool located in Chatham, ON is a steadily growing manufacturer of Precision Tooling, Dies and Special Machines and has been in operation since 1969. They currently are looking for a full time, permenant Licensed Tool and Die Maker with the following skills:
Desired Skills/Efforts:

• Experience in Die Maintenance environment
• Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints
• Assembly and production environment experience
• Ability to trouble shoot Press issues
• Experience with operating overhead cranes and forklifts an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross functional teams and develop collaborative relationships with both internal and external customers
• Effective decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure/stress to meet tight timelines and schedules
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Solid worth ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability and willingness to work straight afternoon shifts

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Licensed Tool and Die Maker

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to dirt and noise in a manufacturing environment
