Job Description

Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking an
Administrative & Accounting Assistant on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with administration, accounting and have superior customer service skills.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, in person and email
  • Prepare and reconcile quarterly HST entries
  • Data entry of new account information
  • Assist in entering billing information and invoices
  • Assist with general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
  • General office duties including filing, mail and correspondence
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a College diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with administration and/or accounting
  • Comfortable using the MS Office Suite as well as Simply Accounting
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency
 
Compensation:  Starting at $15.00 per hour  
 
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.
