Job Description

StarTech.com is currently looking for energetic, enthusiastic, customer-focused bilingual employees to join our Technical Advisory Team. If you have the capacity to learn about our products, and an interest in technology, we want to speak with you! Reporting to the Supervisor, Technical Advisory Team, Technical Support Advisors provide support and advice to international StarTech.com resellers and end-users by phone, e-mail and live-chat. Specific languages of interest include English plus ONE of the following: Italian, French, German, Dutch, or Spanish. Shifts are 8.5 hours in length, starting as early as 5am.
