The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- assist with moving furniture/boxes (able to lift 50 pounds);
- deliver and pick up various materials from inter-city locations such as banks and other law firms using firm vehicle;
- assist with the outside maintenance of the firms property (picking up debris in parking lots, shoveling snow on sidewalks);
- coordinate out of town couriers;
- back-up for maintaining closed file storage areas and file destruction process;
- assist with general facilities/building needs (changing light bulbs, etc.);
- assist in the mailroom with tasks such as collecting, sorting and distributing interoffice and incoming Canada Post mail and processing outgoing Canada Post mail.
