Job Description
On behalf of our clients, Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for Banquet Servers on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have superior interpersonal and customer service skills, and must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Duties may include (but not limited to)
- Serving both plated and buffet style dinners
- Providing excellent customer service and effectively communicating with guests
- Providing table maintenance; bussing dishes, ensuring cleanliness, restocking condiments
- May be required to assist with room set up/tear down as needed
- Minimum of 2-3 years serving experience required
- Banquet style serving experience is an asset!
- Must have superior customer service and communication skills
- Must be a team player and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Must have the ability to offer flexibility of hours; preference will be given to those available weekdays
- Must be able to provide proof of Smart Serve Certification
Hourly wage ranges depending on assignment location; $11.00 - $12.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay!
