Compensation:
$18.00 per hour (Increases will be based on performance)
Minimum Requirements
- Must hold and maintain valid Security Licence
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- 1-Year experience in Security Profession (Security Guard/Private Security)
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate a variety of dynamic situations
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to write reports and complete incident documentation
- Computer literacy
- Reliable and punctual
- Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse client base
- Tact and diplomacy in dealing with volatile interactions

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property, assets, and personnel.
Preserve order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
Control access to client site or facility through the admittance process.
Patrol assigned site on foot or in vehicle; check for unsafe conditions, irregularities, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, fire control, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
Satisfy client needs by providing excellent customer service while minimizing risk to the client's property and assets.
Monitor intrusion detection systems using automated alarm and video monitoring equipment.
Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
Use of communication systems to report and inform.
Prepare logs and reports as required.
Other duties as assigned.
