We are recruiting a highly motivated, practical, and detail-oriented Finished Product Quality Inspector to grow with us at SLEEGERS. In this new role, the successful candidate will work with our quality team to ensure each product meets our exacting quality standards before it ships.

We are looking for an analytical and technically competent team member who:

• Has post-secondary education or equivalent work experience related to engineering or manufacturing
• Has a base understanding of quality systems and an ability to read technical drawings
• Is very detail oriented and is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Is in good physical condition and is able to climb, kneel, and walk on a frequent basis
• Has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work on the production floor

Your core responsibilities would be:

• Diligently and efficiently execute the mandate of SLEEGERS’ Quality Control Program
• Work collaboratively with minimal oversight and make critical decisions quickly
• Perform random powder coating process inspections
• Complete finished powder coated tank inspections (DFT readings, uniformity, thread verification, fitting and fastener installation checks, etc.)
• Shipping units for air compressors and propane tanks
• Complete all required certifying documents accurately and efficiently
• Remain current with best practices, regulatory changes, and industry standards
