NRGwise Consulting is a leader in the delivery of energy consulting services to homeowners, allowing them to utilize government and utility incentive programs to obtain funding to conduct energy efficiency upgrades to their homes.

NRGwise is currently looking an enthusiastic, high energy, motivated and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team.  Your focus is to develop strategic Business to Business (B2B) relationships with building contractors and related trades.

  • 2+ years of B2B experience.
  • Great at building rapport, friendly, outgoing and enjoy engaging with new people via email, telephone, and social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Solid phone presence and experience. 
  • Strong ‘Hunter” mindset converting new business from the competition.
  • Results driven, open to feedback and coaching.
  • You are all about creating business relationships, not just “pitching”. 
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and good judgment.
  • Effective time management with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously, with accuracy.
Diploma, certificate or training in sales, business, communications, or related disciplines would be an asset.
