Position Summary:
The Tele-Mental Health Services (TMHS) Program Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a model of service delivery and monitoring the program database for the TMHS program within the provincial program structure. The Supervisor will provide leadership in coordination of delivery of Tele-Mental Health Services and is responsible for administrating the TMHS fiscal budget.
This position will work independently and collaboratively with the Leadership Team at Vanier. In addition, the Supervisor will support the Lead Agency and Quality portfolio with other duties such as accreditation, quality and lead agency projects and program evaluation.

Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Social Work, Nursing, Allied Health, Social Sciences or a related discipline with clinical experience in child and youth mental health.
- Operational program supervisor experience
- Familiarity with the children and youth mental health sector, required
- Project management experience, preferred
- Financial/budget experience, preferred
Abilities:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Strong people management skills
- Current driver’s license required
