Growth has created a career opportunity for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER – a leader, someone who will focus on process optimization and integrate with the customer supply chain. We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role to develop, manage and maintain the warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory management operations.

Growth has created a career opportunity for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER – a leader, someone who will focus on process optimization and integrate with the customer supply chain. We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role to develop, manage and maintain the warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory management operations.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop processes and procedures for all warehouse functions and implement upon completion
- Schedule and coordinate daily work flow for warehouse operations, monitoring the pace and flow of product from receiving through to shipping
- Manage warehouse employees to ensure optimal performance, efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement inventory management systems
- Develop and manage pick and pack system for order fulfillment conforming to standard warehouse practices
- Apply new warehouse technologies to minimize errors, and improve efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers and transport companies
- Communicate daily with company stakeholders regarding inbound product
- Manage and maintain all Health & Safety requirements
- Monitor and control business related costs
- University or College degree in business, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain management, inventory control and/or materials management (relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of education)
- Minimum 5-7 years of direct work experience in warehouse and/or supply chain management function
- Have the ability to multi-task and perform in a fast pace work environment
- Must be a team player and will need an excellent work ethic
- Must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong orientation in driving results and superior customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP applications, MS Office including Excel, Work and Outlook
- Ability to complete high quality deliverables within deadlines and work well under pressure
