LucasWorks! is recruiting for Team Leaders in Ingersoll and Woodstock. We are looking for strong, dedicated candidates!

 General Duties:   

• Hands-on daily supervision of assigned Inspectors
• Setup/Completion of work cells
• Prepare and create work instructions and expectations for inspectors
• Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work flow
• Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures
• Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvements
• Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and regulations including 5S
• Participate in orientation and training requirements for Inspectors
• Provide input into Inspector Performance Appraisals
• Liaise with Company Customer Representative for relevant customers
• All other related duties as assigned.  

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License, dependable vehicle and vehicle insurance as some local travel is required
• Grade 12 Diploma/ GED, Post-secondary education preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiar with all ISO standards
• Flexibility to meet customer service demands

Shift Times: Availability for all three shifts. Currently recruiting for afternoons and midnights.

Rate of Pay: $13.25 per hour with the opportunity for an increase upon hire. Excellent opportunity for full time hire for the right candidate!
