The successful candidate will join our clients Recruiting Operations Team providing onboarding support for our New Hires, Recruiters, HR Shared Services and Hiring Managers. This position places you at the center of global onboarding activity with a global software organization where you will ensure a great onboarding experience.



This Role Will:

Onboard new hires in SuccessFactors onboarding system
Monitor onboarding progress and ensure regular updates are shared
Act as a key contact for all issues related to onboarding
Ensure all required onboarding paperwork and pre-employment screenings are complete and filed
Identify, document and help reduce inefficiencies
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
A demonstrated interest in and understanding of Human Resources and Customer Support
At least 2 years prior experience with either Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
Experience working in a ticketing system
Strong preference for prior experience onboarding with SuccessFactors
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact professionally with all functions and levels of organization
Ability to multi-task throughout day
Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality
Desire to seek process efficiency
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite; Excel & PPT
Human Resource certifications are an asset.
