Specialist, Quality Assurance and Training
For over 25 years CoreSolutions has provided business class solutions to hundreds of clients across North America and Europe becoming a trusted leader in developing custom business applications.
To continue building on this trust we are enhancing our team and are looking for a Quality and Training Specialist.
This unique role will take the client experience to the next level. Working as an integrated part of our Agile development team you will act as the clients’ on site user to ensure their solution is the highest quality possible.
This role will be responsible for the excellence of the solution from the planning phase through its development until its final hand off and training, you will be the eyes and ears of the client experience.
You will bring a background in either creating or testing quickly evolving solutions and have an unwavering passion for delivering a quality product. Your attention to detail will be the best on the team and we will know it by the insight and perspective you bring to the process.
During this process you will work side-by-side with our Product Owner and the Development Team to prepare for your rigorous testing and quality direction.
Once you are satisfied that the product is the best it can be, you will work with the Implementation Team to get the handover from Development to the Clients’ Production environment ready to be the most seamless experience they have ever had.
This position is designed for a person who has a passion to deliver only the best of the best solutions and will make this role their own.
