Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure timely and accurate flow of materials throughout the Trillium plant. This is mainly achieved through manual material handling with some powered equipment.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure timely and accurate flow of materials throughout the Trillium plant. This is mainly achieved through manual material handling with some powered equipment.
Accountabilities
- Follows all applicable safety procedures and works to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Packaging of finished goods primarily in crates (loading, bracing and securing)
- Verification of goods packed in each crate, completion of documentation and labeling
- Loading of shipment via crane and/or forklift
- Orders crates to align with release from all cells (JIT)
- Manages flow of material within and out of cell
- Assists warehouse associates with off-loading and put-away of 600 material
- Assists production with 2-person, large equipment moves to ensure safety
- On-time Delivery – All components for project to be picked and packed 2 days prior to shipment per pack schedule
- Quality – Picking Accuracy – non-conformances reported through Service
- Safety – following all applicable safety policies with regards to crane and forklift operation and material handling
- Works with sense of urgency, takes actions and makes decisions that support the culture.
- Brings energy, direction and purpose to the workplace every day.
- Behaves in a way that is aligned with the Standards of Conduct.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 or more material handling experience preferred
- Organized, with attention to detail
- Crane and Forklift Operator
