HRdownloads, Canada’s fastest growing human resources company, is seeking a results-and detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to fulfil a 12 month contract position with the company. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join HRdownloads’ administrative team and will be responsible for attending to a number of tasks within the department. Major responsibilities include:
  • Report creation utilizing a number of data and information sources (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, Salesforce, etc.). Reports include: day-end, month-end, commissions, and various other ad hoc reporting;
  • Reception coverage in the absence of the receptionist;
  • Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes;
  • Assistance in sales processing;
  • Attending to various general office duties including staff/team support, supplier, and client interactions, sorting and preparing mail, etc.;
  • Administrative assistance for various projects as requested; and
  • Adherence to and maintenance of company administrative procedures.
Requirements

As the Administrative Support Clerk, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented when creating timely and accurate reports using Excel, QuickBooks, and Salesforce, and are known for the exceptional customer service that you provide. You also have experience with and can demonstrate proficiency in:
  • Leveraging multiple data and information sources to create daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports. Working experience with Excel and Word is a must, previous experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks is considered an asset;
  • Identifying discrepancies and mitigating errors as a result of your keen eye for detail and numbers;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Responding to multiple and competing requests in an adaptable and organized manner; and
  • Working with accounts payable and receivable processes (considered an asset).
