Cellphone/Tablet/Laptop/PC Technician

Technicians should have a firm grasp on today’s smartphone, tablet, laptop, and PC technology, and a burning desire to solve the unsolvable. If you’re tech savvy and have experience repairing a variety of popular wireless devices and delivering excellent customer service, here’s an opportunity to join a growing team and the cell phone repair service industry.

Duties: 

• Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair mobile devices, laptop, and PC. Quality control and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality.
• Excellent mobile device repair skills.
• Provide estimates.

• Maintain and use repair tools and equipment. Including software and in-store POS system to track repair tickets and inventory.

• Deliver an unparalleled customer experience
• Excellent research ability to learn how to repair new and unfamiliar devices.
• Ability to work front-of-the-store helping customers.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Experience

• Experience repairing smartphones, tablets, laptops, and PC. Proven ability to work in a multi-tasking & busy retail/service industry where customer care & satisfaction are the first priority.

• Experience working in the computer industry is preferred.

• Extended training & mentor-ship is available to advance your technical & customer services skills.
