LucasWorks is currently seeking a Full time team leader for our client in Woodstock, and Ingersoll!

These positions are starting at 13.00/hour with 4% vacation pay!

Job Duties:
- Hands on supervision of associates
- Assist in setting up work cells
- Check your product for defects
- Assist with paperwork relating to projects
- Prepare and draft work instructions
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies/procedures
- Working within a team to complete assignments
- Assist in training of new staff
Qualifications:
- Automotive industry experience is an asset but not a requirement
- Flexibility with shifts
- Must be able to travel to separate locations when needed (KM’s are paid for)
- Must have safety boots and glasses
