Job Description
Randstad, on behalf of our client, is currently seeking a Temporary Bilingual Pension and Benefit Administrator to join their team.
What are the responsibilities?
-Prepare, issue and process benefits and pension enrolment packages
-Ensure that all benefits transactions are accurately reported and recorded
-Update data in PeopleSoft System
-Assist employees in understanding benefit options, and answer basic inquiries
-Under general direction, assemble pension documents from multiple sources, catalogue, and set up a file retention system
-Establish contact with retirees and deferred retirees, establish and set up a process to ensure ongoing current contact information is available.
-Adhere to governing legislation and regulations
-Maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
-Must be fluent in both French and English languages (oral and written)
-Preference will be given to those with a university degree in a related field
-Must be discrete in handling confidential information
-Experience with sophisticated systems
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Excellent planning and organizing ability
-Ability to work under the pressure of absolute deadlines
-Strong Customer Focus
