JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and co-ordinate Flight School administrative, scheduling, and flight record systems and procedures;
- Coordinate training and scheduling priorities, delegate work to support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures implemented;
- Coordinate admissions, curriculum, and flight training administrative records associated with Transport Canada regulatory requirements;
- Ensure and communicate Transport Canada policies and procedures related flight training to Instructors, Students, and Support Staff;
- Co-ordinate and facilitate Instructor and Student accommodation, relocations, and parking;
- Coordinate maintenance and security of Flight School;
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to Flight School budgeting, Instructor contracting, Course planning, and management processes;
- Facilitate the preparation of operating budgets, fuel requirements, aircraft maintenance requirements, and budgetary controls;
- Assemble data and prepare reports for Transport Canada audits and inspections.
- College or Vocational Diploma in Business Administration, School Administration, or TC Flight Instruction;
- One year experience in Flight School Training and Administration;
- Extensive knowledge in TC Commercial and Recreational Pilot Training protocols;
- Extensive Customer Service in Aviation Sector
$25.13 / hr. 30 - 40 hrs/wk
