The Opportunity
 
As the Marketing Coordinator you are a creative individual with a proven ability to think outside of the box. You are self-motivated, excellent with managing your time, a master of multi-tasking, and eager to demonstrate your passion for marketing!
 
As the Marketing Coordinator you will be required to:

• Develop a strong understanding of department/company initiatives and goals in order to produce highly effective marketing campaigns.
• Aid in all content marketing efforts and related activities including copy development.
• Develop, execute, and monitor various marketing campaigns and programs.
• Prepare marketing proposals and support materials.
• Conduct campaign and advertising analyses to determine project success.
• Develop reports and presentations to define areas of opportunity and growth for future marketing campaigns.
• Provide assistance with all other aspects related to marketing.

Our Ideal Candidate

As our ideal candidate you possess:

•  A degree or diploma in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content marketing; B2B marketing, sales, communications, PR, or other related area.
• Experience with copy writing or content development required.
• Experience with HubSpot considered an asset.
• Experience with project management considered an asset.
• A proven track record creating and executing successful marketing, digital marketing, and direct marketing programs.
• Bilingualism (English-French) considered an asset.

Compensation is based on a competitive salary plus benefits upon successful completion of the probationary period.
