We are currently recruiting for Temporary Production Workers for our Stratford, ON client. This is an on-going temporary assignment! This is a light assembly position that requires good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Shifts are straight days, afternoons or overnights (do not rotate) with frequent overtime. The pay for this position is $12.36 to 12.81 per hour.


Production Worker job Responsibilities:

• Follows company policies and produces high quality parts in a timely fashion
• Sorts components according to sizes and shapes
• Applies glue and assembles components according to product specifications

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in a fast paced environment
• Minimum of 1 year experience in light assembly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, Self driven/motivated to continuously improve
• Comfortable lifting up to 35lbs continuously
• Ability to work overtime including weekends as needed
• Ability to pass a colour blindness assessment
• Steel toed work boots/shoes and safety glasses
