Sub-Contractor/Skilled Carpenter

 We are hiring a highly skilled carpenter to join our dynamic Duo Building team. We are a Design-Build company specializing in unique residential renovations, commercial builds and custom homes.

We offer full time hours, excellent projects and being treated as a full time member of our team. Rates to be negotiated as a Sub-Contractor depending on your experience and skill set.

Skills Required: Minimum 5 years' experience in construction- licensed or equivalent combination of work experience and education in the renovation field. Proven project management ability to manage projects, time lines and trades.  Commitment to being the best and doing the best on Duo projects and with the team. Must have own tools and transportation.

Overall general carpentry skills, blueprint reading, trimming and good knowledge of building products and materials. Ability to manage projects and work at a variety of sites residential and commercial with multiple competing demands. Proven ability to manage staff on site including sub trade coordination.

Must have good communication skills, excellent customer service and time management skills. Being tech savvy to use our cloud based communication system is essential.

Our job sites require ability to keep up with the physical demands of the job.

Drivers Abstract and Police Clearance will be required upon hire.

References required at time of interview.
