Our client, a Leading Financial Institution in London, Ontario is currently seeking an Outbound Sales Representative on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate would have strong sales and customer service skills and excel in a goal-driven environment.
What will I be doing?
- Making outbound calls to established customers and selling credit products and services
- Provide consistent, superior service to every customer
- Utilizing all available tools and resources, identifying and acting upon all sales opportunities and referring clients to other appropriate business units when required
- Advise and offer clients products and services to meet their individual banking needs
- Play a key role in enhancing customer experience by providing high quality service during every interaction and ensuring that customers concerns are being handled appropriately
- You are comfortable working towards achieving sales, customer service and productivity targets
- You possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create rapport with clients
- You have a minimum of one year in a sales environment
- You have the ability to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills
- You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions
- You have strong verbal and listening skills
- You have flexible availability and can work non-fixed shifts Monday to Friday between 1:00pm and 11:00pm and Saturdays between 10:00am and 6:00pm
- You are willing and able to pass a criminal background and credit check
- Positions start at $17.70 per hour!
