jpw systems inc is hiring for the position of Project Coordinator - Low Voltage The successful candidate presents a professional demeanor, is a self starter, has a desire to learn the architectural hardware/security industry, is a good communicator, detail oriented and enjoys owning and running projects. Along with project management experience, knowledge of construction as well as knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and/ or products is a requirement.: for example: nurse call systems, access control systems, cameras, electrified hardware
The project coordinator is primarily responsible for managing projects as they relate to electrified architectural door hardware integrated with access control, CCTV and Security Systems through to a successful conclusion, on time and on budget. Specifically this position takes potential projects and is responsible for pricing product for bid packages. Once the project is awarded the project coordinator orders product, manages discounts, communicates with suppliers, construction sites, electricians and installers. The project coordinator monitors the site in order to set schedules, receive goods, ship to job sites, prepare installation packages and schedule the implementation to ensure the successful completion of the project. In addition this position communicates with the project consultant on a regular basis ensuring the project remains on track and within budget.

Our team members provide consulting, specification writing, coordinating, supplying and installing architectural hardware, access control and CCTV products in the Southwestern Ontario region. Our customers are architects,contractors, electrical engineers and endusers specifically in the healthcare, education and long term care areas. Each project consists of a dedicated team who are involved in the project from the planning stages through to its completion.
