Position Overview
Mechanical Millwright
As a Mechanical Millwright you would be required to perform various maintenance activities from corrective to preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Execute mechanical repairs, rebuild and overhaul equipment according to specifications and verbal direction
• Implement improvements and /or modifications to existing equipment
• Identify and perform corrective maintenance that could lead to downtime
• Adhere to all Occupation Health and Safety Act
• Good communication skills with fluent verbal/written English skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills a must
• Other duties as required
Qualifications
• Must be a licensed Industrial Millwright (433A)
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable with a face-paced environment
• Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision
• Good communication skills with fluent verbal/written English skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills a must
• Strong interpersonal skills
