Zavitz Insurance is currently recruiting for a full- time permanent position as an Advisor Support person
Primary Duties:
The Advisor Support role is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Sales Advisor. Duties include but not limited to; appointment preparation, communicating with existing clients as well as preparing written correspondence, processing client requests, booking travel, monitoring emails and other adminstrative duties.

Requirements:
Post secondary degree or diploma at a University or College
2 years of insurance experience in an Administrative role
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
