Role Overview:  The successful candidate will lead and manage a key portfolio, including marketing execution, sales forecasting, and budget management.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, working closely with Sales to ensure alignment and relevance in the Canadian market


• Collaborate with the Digital & Marketing Communications Manager and global business team to develop key messaging, and create marketing tools and collateral for Canadian end users


• Lead commercialization of new products – working closely with Clinical Education, Sales and other functional areas to maximize impact in the Canadian marketplace


• Collect and analyze consumer data, market research, and sales reports to direction of the Canadian go to market approach 


 

Basic Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary education


• 2 years of marketing experience


• Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and communication skills


• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional groups (Supply Chain, Business Services,


• Marketing Communications, Operations)


• Proficiency in MS Office


 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Experience in the dental and/or healthcare industry


• Travel: You will be required to travel approximately 20% of the time, which may involve overnight stays


• Drivers Licence required
