Job Description

On behalf of our client in London, we are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Support Associate on a full-time, contract basis.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
  • Accurate and timely order entry of stock items
  • Monitor progress of orders and advise when orders are delayed for both stock and custom goods, using available tools within SAP
  • Quote pricing on new orders
  • Assist customers, other sales reps and agents with inquiries
  • Assist fellow employees and/or departments when required
  • Verify debits/credits and returns prior to submission
  • Provide customers with samples, prices, etc. when requested
  • Process sales rep requests
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a 2 year college diploma; focus on business considered an asset
  • 2-3 years of corporate customer service experience required, preferably within printing/packaging industry
  • Must be fluent in both French and English languages (verbal and written)
  • Strong computer aptitude (MS Office Suite)
  • Experience with SAP software considered a strong asset
  • Flexible, positive attitude and team focused
 
Compensation: $15.00/per hour
 
Hours: Monday to Friday; Daytime Hours
