Job Description
CornerStone United, a leading national Extended Service Plan administrator, has an immediate opening for a Technical Claims Adjuster.
English – French required
Position Overview:
Supports company operations by processing repair estimates and claims for the company’s programs which include RV, Motorcycle, ATV, Snowmobile & Auto Extended Service Contracts
Duties:
• Processing repair claims and estimates according to contract terms and conditions
• Answering dealer and customer questions by phone, email and fax
• Adhering to time lines for claims and estimate processing
• Finding resolutions to resolve escalations from both dealers & contract holders
• Informing management of escalations at the onset of an issue
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy for all submissions processed
• Contributing to team effort by participation in a variety of work duty assignments
Assets:
• Technical and mechanical knowledge of motorized vehicles
• Licensed or certified an asset
• Experience/interest in the automotive, small engine or warranty industries
• Positive attitude toward team work
Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communications in both English and French
• Proven customer service skills
• Computer knowledge using Windows: Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong Time Management and multi-tasking skills
