Job Description
We are an Automotive Parts Manufacturing Plant located in London looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist both the General Manager and HR Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

- Schedule appointments, greet and make all necessary arrangements for visitors.
- Make travel arrangements for outgoing trips and incoming visits.
- Assist in the coordination and communication of relevant information to different departments within the organization and /or to customers and suppliers.
- Organize files, letters, memos, electronic data and other information for both the General Manager and HR Manager.
- Assist in the creation of meeting minutes, presentations and reports.
- Perform follow-up duties for tracking benchmark dates and deadlines for specific tasks.
- May be required to travel with the others or on own to various locations or other company facilities.
- May be required to represent the General Manager or HR Manager in various meetings.
- Assist other departments or groups within the company as requested.
- College diploma in business, administrative, or other related field
- Previous experience a must, experience in the automotive field is a definite asset.
- Must have the ability to organize many projects at once.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to travel and have own drivers license.
- Must have high level computer skills
- Must adhere to strict confidentiality.
- Must be a highly professional individual who is courteous and has an excellent attitude
- Must have previous experience interfacing with all levels of an organization, customers and suppliers.
