Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for Supervisors for a client in Ingersoll.

$16.50 / hr. + 4 % Vacation Pay Weekly
Hours of work: 7am – 3pm. must be able to work 6 days per week (This is a 1 year contract position)
Afternoons: 3pm – 11pm 6 days per week.  
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will supervise and direct assigned team
• Participate in training requirements
• Responsible for providing input on Performance Appraisals for Team Leaders and Team members
• Responsible for monthly completion of reviews for all Team leaders and members
• Daily scheduling to support staffing needs
• Participate in orientations for new employees
• Authorization of time sheets
• Adhere of all Health and Safety rules and regulations
• Other duties as required

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Familiar with all ISO standards
• Grade 12 Diploma or GED
• Must have clear criminal background
• Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle, some local travel is required
• Viable international passport is an asset
