THE ROLE: The Account Manager must be comfortable in an outbound sales environment, and an expert in generating and securing new business. The Account Manager must be an expert in relationship building, account management and generating sales. The Account Manager ensures company growth by acting as a positive and professional sales professional.
 
 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in a sales position required
  • Outbound sales experience preferred
  • Account management experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM required (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficient in required software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office)
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
  • Strong ability to sell gift products, specifically Coins specialty products
  • Exceptional sales skills: relationship building, negotiation skills, and closing abilities
  • Exceptional team player with leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
