Type of Position: Part-time temporary
Hours of Work Per Week: up to 21 hours per week
Closing Date: August 8, 2014
Note: This is a part-time temporary position (up to 21 hours per week) until April 30, 2015.
Duties: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Counselling and Accessibility Services, the incumbent is responsible for providing personal, academic, and career counselling to students and community clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or related discipline required, including a supervised clinical internship
- Minimum 3 years post-Master's experience preferred
- Membership in Regulating Professional College
- Demonstrated counselling experience in a post-secondary environment preferred
- Expertise in mental health would be an asset
- Experience using a variety of career assessment tools would be an asset
- Experience serving persons with disabilities would be an asset
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
- Must bring a strong commitment to providing quality professional services and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
