Consistent with our continued expansion we are recruiting a hard working and conscientious Customer Account Representative to grow with us at EDPRO. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative operations of the business and providing customer support. The successful candidate will be highly committed to customer service excellence and is confident responding to customer inquiries through a live answer telephone line and email. Exceptional organization skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities 
•    Consistently and effectively meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks 
•    Proactively identify and address issues while exhibiting continuous professionalism 
•    Communicate effectively through a variety of methods including phone and email
•    Work collaboratively in a team environment 
•    Maintain customer accounts and files and manage customer payments through outbound collection calls
•    Prepare daily fuel deliveries, balance and post deliveries, and provide additional assistance as required

Education & Experience
•    University degree or college diploma 
•    Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
•    Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
•    Proficient in MS office
